The FORNO Giovanni 30-inch Gas Range is durable and high-performing. It has 5 sealed burners, including a strong dual-ring burner, and can reach a maximum output of 67,000 BTU. The range also has continuous cast iron grates, a wok support, and a reversible griddle for various cooking needs. The 4.32 cu.ft. oven includes a convection fan for quick and consistent cooking, along with an air fryer kit, drip pan, and LP conversion kit for added convenience.

            All orders include free shipping within the contiguous United States via FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, or another trusted carrier based on product size and destination.

            For large or freight shipments, delivery is curbside only. The carrier will deliver the item to a dry, accessible area such as a driveway or garage entrance. Carriers are not responsible for bringing items inside the home, installation, or debris removal.

            Please ensure clear and safe access on the scheduled delivery date.

            Tracking details are typically provided within 3–5 business days after placing your order. Once tracking is issued, please allow 1–2 business days for updates to appear.

            For freight shipments, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to scheduling communications to avoid delays.

            Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible for return approval.

            To qualify for a return, products must be:

            • Unused and uninstalled
            • In original packaging, including the box and pallet
            • In resalable condition

            A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

            Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to confirmed damage or defect.
